I think we need to get Fired Up!
Check out this song from the Bergevin Brothers,
Reverend Pat Wright and her renowned Total Experience Gospel Choir
"Fired Up" is part of an album of new American music inspired by Barack Obama and written by Bergevin Brothers Music. It is featured on the forthcoming album, "Seven Songs for America (And One for the World)," produced in collaboration with Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron. All proceeds will benefit families who continue to suffer from the effects of Hurricane Katrina under the direction of Pastor Pat Wright's outreach ministry.

Watched the "We Are One" Concert this evening...
Some of the best musicians and actors gathered together on the Lincoln Memorial to celebrate the Obama Inauguration. I don't think you could buy a ticket to a concert with Springsteen, U2, Stevie Wonder, John Mellencamp and Garth Brooks....it was just amazing
taken of Obama on the campaign trail over the past year.
Photographer Callie Shell does an amazing
job of capturing the Senator on his bid for the Presidency.
The below photo is a touching moment
between Obama and a grieving mother
who supported his candidacy.
"A Mother's Grief: This woman had lost her son in Iraq.
She wanted people to know that it was not unpatriotic
to be against the war and for Obama. Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 2/11/2007."

From the New York Times, I found this interesting map on the US voting shifts towards the major political parties. It is pretty amazing to see the number of counties that are shifting more democratic, which correlates with Obama big numbers with the Electoral college & the Popular vote.
and while the path may be difficult to traverse, we have our faith in Obama & each other..
Yes We Can!
When you vote tomorrow,
bring a snack..
a bottled water..
and don't forget your ID!
It might be a long wait,
but it will be worth it!
Remember to Vote!
